While working at United Way Perth-Huron, I had many opportunities to work on creative lay-out and design, write press releases, prepare advertisement pieces, and develop AGM reports for publishing. 

 

Most of these items were created in Adobe InDesign.  I also use Microsoft Publisher for smaller projects like creating brochures.

 

I received excellent training from Commercial Printers Ltd. in Stratford on how to develop pieces that were print-ready for publishing.

Press releases were a regular part of my position at United Way Perth-Huron, and were composed in consultation with our Executive Director, Ryan Erb.

At Stratford House of Blessing I have enjoyed the opportunity to develop a multitude of communication pieces for local press.
